Essa Al Saadi

Essa Al Saadi is a Qatari-born architect, designer, and photographer. With a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and ergonomic designs, Essa is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life through his work. Fluent in English, Arabic, and competent in Spanish, Essa's multicultural background enriches his creative perspective.
With a diverse range of interests including design, architecture, photography, travel, football, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and music, Essa's curiosity and enthusiasm drive his continuous growth and exploration

Maryam Al Suwaidi

Maryam Al Suwaidi, a Qatari designer, joins the FROMM. Design Team with a strong background in interior and urban design. She holds a BA in Fine Arts and an MA in Urban Planning and Design from Virginia Commonwealth University in Qatar and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Urban Design.

Her work critically explores social and cultural themes through conceptualism. By analyzing human cultural evolution and expressions, she creates metaphorical visuals and layered installations. Her abstract designs invite viewers to interpret and engage in a unique dialogue.

Shuaa’ Ali

Shua’a Ali, a self-taught Qatari designer with a background in Computer Science, developed a passion for art while living abroad, gaining exposure to diverse cultures. Her work bridges tradition and modernity, using cultural identity to navigate globalization challenges. Through conceptual art, she invites audiences to reflect on identity and progress. Shua’a’s creations blend juxtaposition and balance, transforming sculptural works into three-dimensional collages. Her art serves as a medium for interaction and communication.

Hammam AlAbdulla

Hammam is a Qatari interior designer with a Bachelor of Science in Design from Arizona State University, where he was recognized for design excellence. His research-driven approach emphasizes that design is not a "one-size-fits-all" solution, as each client and project is unique. Inspired by nature, culture, and the environment, he integrates storytelling into his work. Hammam strongly advocates for sustainability, ensuring his designs are both functional and meaningful.

Kaltham Al Kuwai & Aisha Al Mohannadi

Design House Interiors (DHI) is a Qatari firm that completed over 84 projects in two years, winning the UK-based International Property Award. Founded by Kaltham AlKuwari and Aisha AlMohannadi, graduates of Virginia Commonwealth University, DHI follows an evidence-based design approach. In 2018, Kaltham received the Education Excellence Award from Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani. Beyond aesthetics, DHI aims to elevate the interior design industry through education and innovation.

Noora Al-Melhim

Noora Al-Melhim is a Qatari interdisciplinary designer with an MFA and BFA in Design from Virginia Commonwealth University. With a background in Visual Communication, she expands her work into 3D visualization, prototyping, and fabrication. Her designs explore regional crafts and cultural experiences, applying a multidisciplinary and sustainable approach. Noora has participated in numerous local and international design workshops in Qatar, Italy, South Korea, England, and Kuwait.

Rüya Akyol

Rüya Akyol, born in Istanbul and now based in Milan, studied Design at Istanbul Technical University, Politecnico di Milano, and Domus Academy. She gained experience as a designer and studio director at Claudio Bellini in Milan before working with Philippe Starck in Paris. Collaborating with brands like Glass Italia, Kartell, Natuzzi, and Vitra, her style blends oriental influences with contemporary design. She creates concepts spanning product and spatial design.

Antonio Aricò

Antonio Aricò is an Italian artist, designer, and creative director. After earning a double degree at Milan Polytechnic he obtained his master’s degree with a work based on the themes of Design & Tradition, combining the fields of art, craft, and design. These theories merged with the poetic of contemporary culture, make up Aricò’s inter-disciplinary practice today. He is known as the forerunner of a unique approach that parallels crafts and self-production with industrial design.

Abdulrahman Al-Muftah

Abdulrahman Al-Muftah is a multidisciplinary designer based in Doha. His work varies from jewelry designs, furniture, and decorative objects to industrial objects. He is interested in reviving lost forms and functions and repurposing them in Toyda’s world. He graduated with a BA in Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in 2019 and MA from VCUarts Qatar in 2022. Abdulrahman participated in many exhibitions and showcased his work and this made him experienced in a vast number of Design Disciplines.

Kahhal Carpets

KAHHAL 1871 is the luxury home of contemporary and heritage hand-knotted rugs, currently operated by the fifth generation of the oldest and most renowned manufacturers and purveyors of handmade carpets and rugs in Egypt. For over a century, the El Kahhal name has been at the forefront of the industry, synonymous with the finest quality, craftsmanship and design.

Mohamad Farhat

Mohamad Farhat is an Interior Architectural Designer & Art Director with over 13 years of experience in residential, commercial, and scenography projects. He specializes in CAD software, 3D visualization, and drafting techniques for space and furniture design. Skilled in concept creation, project planning, design development, and construction documentation, he also oversees site observations. His expertise lies in strong organizational and project management skills.

Ali Hassan

Ali Hassan, born in Doha in 1956, is a renowned Qatari artist. Trained as a calligrapher, he later studied graphic arts in Belgium and Cairo. His work blends vibrant colors with calligraphy, focusing on the Arabic letter "nun" across various media. Exhibited globally, including in Tokyo, Paris, and New York, he won Qatar’s State Encouragement Award in Fine Arts in 2005. In 2021, he was appointed an expert in fine arts by Qatar’s Ministry of Justice.
